    The only localization of BDO catalyst

    Founded in 2001, Dalian Ruike has a history of 20 years. It was co-founded by the main scientific researchers of the former National Catalysis Engineering Center. It focuses on the research direction of synthesis gas chemical catalysts and new materials. It integrates research and development, production, sales and A service-oriented high-tech enterprise integrating technical services. The production base is located in the Bohai New Area of Hebei, covering an area of 330,000 square meters, with a production capacity of 10,000 tons.

    Zhou Huanwen, the general manager of the company, told the research team that the company has many years of experience in the research and production of copper-based catalysts. The first production line of methanol catalysts, the original product of Dalian Ruike, was produced in Qinhuangdao. There are more than 100 methanol catalysts in the country. In large-scale industrial applications, user acceptance is high. During the use of methanol catalysts by downstream customers, Xinjiang Meike proposed that since Dalian Ruike's methanol catalysts are doing well, they can extend the development of 1,4-butynediol catalysts downstream. In 2013, Dalian Ruike cooperated with Xinjiang Meike, developed a high activity and high stability 1,4-butynediol synthesis catalyst (basic copper carbonate type) RK-A in 10 months, and successfully applied for it. A patent has been obtained, and the performance index has reached or exceeded that of foreign catalysts. In June 2014, the first batch of 20 tons of catalyst was used in Xinjiang Meike 1,4-butynediol unit. The one-time feeding was successful. The performance of the catalyst was basically consistent with the results of the industrial measurement line, and some performances were further improved. In 2015, Dalian Ruike's basic copper carbonate catalyst (RK-15A) was successfully operated in Xinjiang Meike's 100,000 tons/year 1,4-butanediol production line, making Dalian Ruike the only catalyst of this type in China Manufacturers of industrial production and application.

    Dalian REAK RK-15A butynediol synthesis catalyst is a basic copper carbonate type catalyst independently developed and successfully industrially produced. It is suitable for the synthesis of formaldehyde and acetylene to produce 1,4-butynediol. , has the characteristics of good activity, high conversion rate, good stability, high selectivity, good filterability, long life and so on. This product has been successfully introduced to the market in 2016 and replaced similar foreign catalysts. 


    Technological innovation has achieved remarkable results

There is a lot of accumulation in the research and development of new catalytic materials and metal catalyst preparation processes. Self-developed methanol synthesis catalysts, dimethyl ether catalysts, high-temperature methanation catalysts, 1,4-butanediol catalysts, dilute nitric acid reduction catalysts, SCR catalysts, iron Molybdenum formaldehyde catalysts have entered the international advanced ranks. 


    The key to technological innovation lies in talents.
